Registration cost for Flats sell by DDA Housing Scheme 2019

When compared with the previous DDA housing scheme, the registration fee gets revised. And the revised fees on basis of categories are listed below.

Unlike previous year’s scheme, the DDA plans to refund the full registration amount for the respective people who cancel their registration well before the scheme draw that too without any fine or interest. However, if the respective plans to surrender the allotted flats or cancels their registration after the scheme drawl would not gets any amount paid as the registration fee to the DDA management.

As per the data released by the DDA this 2019 housing scheme will offer more than 13k flats under various category among those around 11 thousand flats will be constructed for the LIG (Lower Income Group) and rest will be eventually divided for rest of the categories. Eligibility Criteria for DDA Flat Scheme 2019

  • The Delhi people who are willing to avail benefits of this 2017 DDA housing scheme should be over the minimum threshold age limit level of 18 which is set by the DDA management.
  • In addition to that, any of the family members of the respective applicant should not own a house/flat/residential plot under his or her names. If it found so, the application will of the applicant will be rejected.
  • However, in a family both husband and wife can apply for this 2017 DDA’s housing scheme. But if both wins flat means, flat will be allotted to any one person.

Subsidy 

If you are lucky and wins the lottery for a DDA flat then you can also avail the Subsidy provided in PM Awas Yojana.

Details of 2018 DDA Housing Scheme

  • Under the new 2018 housing scheme the authorities have already ensured that the new homes will be more spacious with 430 sq. ft. area as compared to earlier ones equivalent to 323 sq. ft. area.
  • For the current fiscal year 2018 the government has also announced that it shall distribute more of bigger flats of 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK areas. Houses that are of smaller areas will only be included for EWS category so the buyers are aware of the type of housing they are applying for under the scheme.
  • The government has also ensured that the new houses under the scheme will be constructed in above mentioned areas only. The DDA has also ensured that the list will not include any flat that has been surrendered by the consumer as there are chances that over 6500 flats will be returned back to the authorities by new buyers.
  • The authorities will also try and alter the layout design of these flats so more number of people will be encouraged in purchasing flats with DDA. The authorities will also alter the layout of two single bedroom flat into one double bedroom flat for consumers.
  • The authorities have also announced to eliminate the lock in period criteria of five years under this scheme so buyers get maximum profit and benefit under PMAY-U for availing home loans.

As he flats issued under the DDA schemes may vary in cost ranging from Rs 7 lakhs to over Rs 1.26 crore so the authorities have this year requested buyers to collect more details prior to booking under the scheme. For this reason the DDA has announced that it shall not be surrendering any flat once booked.
