Mukhymantri Vivah Shagun Yojana (MVSY) Haryana Online Application Form Documents Eligibility Amount

The state government of Haryana state has announced to launch the new Yojana termed as Vivah Shagun Yojana by CM.  Under the new Yojana the CM of the Haryana state aims at offering with financial assistance to the state girls at the time of their marriage.  The benefit will be provided to girls belonging to the BPL families. Apart from this other beneficiaries belong to similar categories can avail full benefit at the time of marriage.

Aim of the scheme

The state government has already stated that the benefit will be availed to the girls of the state who belong to the poor families. Apart from this the scheme will also offer with benefit to the destitute women, widow daughters, orphan girls and sports women who are not able to meet the financial requirements at the time of marriage.

  • As per details collected by the government it is obvious that the beneficiaries will be provided with complete assistance under the scheme. All guidelines have been officially uploaded by the state government on the web portal service.
  • The instructions can be browsed under the CM Vivah Shagun Scheme and applicants can also fill in the online registration under the Kanya Vivah Yojana.

  • With an aim to offer benefit to the girl child the state government will also be giving away the financial assistance in the form of Kanyadan amount. This will ensure the safety of the girl child even after marriage. It is also obvious that the applicants are expected to get registered under the scheme 3 days after making online registration on web portal.
  • The state government has also stated that the financial assistance will be directly transferred in the beneficiaries bank account directly. In case any beneficiary fails to get registered till six months from the date of marriage then she wont be eligible under the scheme for benefit.

  • In case any applicant wants to get registered under this scheme then she has to visit the official website at haryanawelfareschemes.org. The website can be accessed from any modern web browser. From the main page of the website the applicants have to make the selection of “User registration” option provided.
  • You can also visit the web page directly by selecting to click the link at http://haryanawelfareschemes.org/registrationform.aspx. Once when redirected towards the new window you have to make selection of scheme name. You also have to provide with details related to Ration card and User ID.
  • If all details have been added you just have to check with Availability option. Once done you will be able to view the application form. You may have to provide with all details related to your personal information and submit the form.

Vivah Shagun Yojana Amount details

  • For daughters who are having family income below Rs 1 lakh yearly and whose mothers are widow will be offered with Rs 51000 assistance. The state government will provide with Rs 5000 assistance after marriage while Rs 46000 will be given before marriage. The candidate will have to submit a copy of marriage certificate.
  • For candidates belonging to BPL/ST/SC families/ Destitute women/Divorced/ or Orphan groups and having an annual income of below Rs 1 lakhs will be provided with financial assistance of Rs 41000. The state government will give the amount of Rs 36000 before she gets married while the amount of Rs 5000 will be given at least 6 months after marriage. The candidate has to submit a copy of marriage certificate for claiming.
  • An amount Rs 11000 will be given to beneficiaries belonging to ST/SC/OBC/BPL or Non BPL families who are having land registered worth Rs 2.5 acres in coverage and an income of Rs 1 lakh annually. The amount of Rs 10,000 will be given to the beneficiary before she gets married while Rs 1000 only after completion of 6 months of marriage. It is also expected that the beneficiary will have to submit a copy of marriage certificate.
  • Women and girls belonging to Sports women categories will directly be offered with Rs 31000 assistance on submission of document and at the time of her marriage. Document list under the scheme

  • For effective registration the candidate will have to submit a copy of caste certificate (BPL family group) or Aadhar card. Apart from this the candidate will have to submit a copy of resident proof stating their citizen ship in the state.
  • The applicant has to make submission of caste certificate along with marks sheet of the groom along with his age proof. The certifications has to be submitted along with brides certification.
  • The bride also has to submit a copy of age proof in the form of Bank account details and IFSC codes for transactions. Incase the bride is a divorcee then she may have to submit a copy of parents proof of income.

Eligibility criteria

  • In case any applicant has to be eligible for the scheme it is obvious that she has to be a local resident of the state of Haryana by birth. It is also important that to get married she has to be of legal age (18 years or above).
  • The groom to get married should be of legal age (21 years or above) at the time of application. To avail benefit under the scheme the beneficiary or parent can request for marriage of only two daughters in the family. Apart from this it is also obvious that widows or divorcee will be offered with benefit only if she has not availed any benefit earlier under this scheme.
